JAMES 3:16, “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.”

With envying and strife in religions, through denominations, what is there? EVERY EVIL WORK!!!! Where are you? Can you with openness talk to another person about religion with a cool head, an open heart, and maybe, even maybe, find a truth or two without getting into an argument? Or do you throw up at them, that they are living ungodly and someone else beside the Spirit of God is talking to them???! Can you agree with me that confusion and strife and envying are not of God? Well, GLORY HALLELUJAH!!! This scripture tells us that God is not in envying, strife and confusion or either one of them!!! The most WAGGIEST part of our body and one of the smallest, is the most evil!!!! How is your strife, confusion and envying made known to others?

James tells us in 3:5 through 8 that “Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and sitteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell. For every kind of beast, and of birds, and of serpents, and of things in the sea, is tamed, and hath been tamed of mankind: but the tongue can no man tame; it is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison.”

No man can tame the tongue, your tongue, without the power of the Holy Spirit and it is a continuous battle. “Out of the same mouth proceedeth blessings and cursings. My brethren, these things ought not so to be.” 3:10. Jesus Himself said in Mark 7:15, “There is nothing from without a man, that entering into him can defile him: but the things which come out of him, those are they that defile the man.”

Our tongue must be the only foreign made object of our entire body? James says it defileth our entire body and sets the course of nature on fire and the fire is set straight from hell, which is our tongue! Is your tongue HOT??? If it comes from hell then it must be foreign made, for God would not put anything sinful or foreign in our bodies!!!! It is not foreign and it is not sinful, it is what comes out of us using the tongue which is sinful!!!! Would we live sinful if we cut out our tongue? YES, we would still find a way for sin as James says 3:13 through 15, “Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? Let him shew out of a good conversation his works with meekness or wisdom. But if ye have bitter envying and strife in your hearts, glory not, and lie not against the truth. This wisdom descendeth not from above, but is earthly, sensual, devilish.” UGLY, ISN’T IT?????

Our little tongue can not be used even with talking about it’s Creator without something devilish coming out!!!! Our tongue, it says cannot be bridled! Do you think when God changes our body from mortal to immortal that we will still have a tongue? I wouldn’t blame God if He didn’t put it back in, would you??? If we can’t use speech to communicate back and forth God’s truths without strife, confusion, or envying, then we do not deserve a tongue later!!!! Really, we do not deserve one now!!!!

For our scripture says, “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” 3:16. NOT JUST ONE EVIL WORK; BUT, EVERY EVIL WORK!!!! Thank God that He has made a way, “But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.” 3:17 and 18.

Hypocrisy, the most deadly killer of Christians by Christians! I can witness first hand how hypocrisy works and the fruits of it! And it is not good fruit!!! My wife, Marie, and I just celebrated our thirtieth anniversary last December. Right after our marriage and a tour of duty in the U. S. Army, we decided we wanted to start going to church. I was not a church goer, but my wife had gone most of her life. So we started to church, in a Baptist church. Upon being baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and the Holy Ghost, my miracle happened. And it was not just spiritual but it was also physical. Whoever said miracles don’t happen anymore, especially in a Baptist church, hasn’t talked to me!!!

Earlier, I had surgery for the removal of plantar warts on the outside of my right foot. I was on crutches recovering for weeks. It didn’t do any good, they started growing back in the same place. Big, ugly, painful warts. I had gone to the doctor who performed the first surgery and we started making preparations for surgery #2. In the process of waiting on this surgery #2, was when I was baptized. A life-changing experience I was expecting; but, not realizing what was about to occur. I FELT WET! Later, after getting home my wife and I noticed that my warts WERE GONE!!!! Nowhere to be found and the doctor couldn’t explain it either. I CAN EXPLAIN IT NOW!!!!! But then, I just knew they were gone and went about my business. From earlier testimony, you know I didn’t stay in church long.

CAN YOU IMAGINE WHY?? Someone’s little backbiting of hellish fire, or every evil work’s tongue!!! Satan lied to me and used other people’s faults which I was seeing from church people and I just couldn’t take all the hypocrites!!!! So I quit going, I didn’t need it. What good was it, not even realizing what had just happened to me!!! My miracle! I missed close to 25 years of God and His Holy Spirit and the love of Christ, because of Satan’s lies I believed in!!!! I was not going to be subjected to all those hypocrites! So I stayed home, away from church and God with a perfectly logical excuse. I was going to serve God my way and I didn’t need a church if this is all there was!!!! CAN YOU BE HONEST NOW, AND SAY YOU ALSO HAVE FELT THIS WAY, MAYBE EVEN DOING THE SAME THING OR WANTING TO OR YOU ARE STAYING AWAY NOW BECAUSE OF THE HYPOCRITES?????

I didn’t know that wisdom is from above and is pure, peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated or easy to be asked for. Satan didn’t want me around that long to find out. I didn’t know wisdom was full of mercy and good fruits without the cliques or hypocrites!!!! I just knew that I didn’t have to subject myself to it! I WAS ‘BETTER’ THAN THEY!!!! WOW, did Satan ever do a job on me ……

For almost 25 years, I lived with this believing it, and missing my God. Now, PRAISING GOD and blessed knowing that if Jesus would have comeback for His church, His bride, during these 25 years or so, I would have been lost as a goose and plucked and spent my eternity in hell with Satan, the one who lied to me and I believed it, being tormented forever never getting out of that hot boiling pot!!!!

Now do you know why the denominational boundaries need to be broken down???? “For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work.” 3:16. From a very small member of your body, the tongue! Are you the hypocrite who kept me out of church or are you keeping Tom, Sue or Mary out of church by your actions??? Or, by your fruits of every evil work? Are you professing what you are not? If you can’t talk to another brother or sister in Christ or anyone else regardless of denomination without strife, conflict, envying or confusion then WE ARE, myself included, hypocrites, professing to love one another in the name of Christ, using your power of attorney, in His name, and still doing works of evil by the tongue from hell fire!!!!

REPENT WITH ME, Father, I’m a sinner, I repent, help me to truly love one another instead of being a hypocrite about it. I repent, forgive me! I seek this wisdom that is first pure, then peaceable, gentle and easy to be asked for!!! Full of mercy and GOOD FRUITS without partiality or hypocrisy! FATHER, DADDY, FORGIVE ME! AMEN.
